Was October 28, 2026 a good day for shopping in Pacific Time?
NO
No — the coin said no, and it is 1:25 a.m. with the stores still closed.
Why
- A coin flip decided this one; shopping quality has no official measure.
- Most shops in Hillsboro would not open until morning.
- Check back tomorrow, when the mall might be more cooperative.
