NO
No — it's a sunny-ish Monday in Columbus with a 71°F high and no rain, so no one is buying it.
Why
- Monday, high 71°F, 2% chance of rain
- Morning fog, partly cloudy now at 42°F
- Tomorrow is worse: 22 mph gusts and still no excuse
