Was today a humanitarian truce?
NO
No — the Russia-Ukraine humanitarian truce for Oleshky starts October 27, not today.
Why
- Truce covers Oleshky in Kherson region, not the whole war
- Ceasefire begins 01:00 UTC on October 27
- 1,700-2,000 civilians remain in the frontline town
