Was today a local ceasefire in Oleshky?
NO
No — the Oleshky humanitarian ceasefire starts October 27 at 03:00 Kyiv time, so tomorrow, not today.
Why
- Brokered by Melania Trump, announced 22 October 2026
- Covers only Oleshky, Kherson region, for aid and evacuation
- Moscow-side start 04:00 MSK equals same moment
