Was October 26, 2026 a pandemic?
NO
No — today is a Monday; no pandemic has been declared, and the closest thing is a UN preparedness declaration from Oct 12.
Why
- No WHO pandemic declaration in effect on October 26, 2026
- UN pandemic preparedness declaration adopted Oct 12, 153-3
- WHO Pandemic Agreement still unsigned, awaiting PABS annex talks
