Was today a sabbath?
Checking
NO
No — it's Friday; the Sabbath is Saturday for Jews and Sunday for most Christians.
Why
- Friday is Jumu'ah, Islam's weekly day of congregational prayer, not a sabbath
- Seventh-day Adventists and Jews keep Saturday as the Sabbath
- Sunday is the Sabbath for most Christian denominations
