Was October 25, 2026 a software update?
NO
No — a day can't be a software update, though a fine OS was released on this date in 2001.
Why
- Windows XP released October 25, 2001
- This date is a Sunday, not a patch Tuesday
- Your devices remain unsolicitedly un-updated
