Was today a storm in northern france?
Checking
NO
No — storms Boelo and Austen hit northern France on Sunday, not today.
Why
- Sunday: ~60,000 French homes without power; 288,000 at Austen's peak
- Lille today: light drizzle, gusts to 49 km/h
- Nord floods and outages were Sunday's mess, not Monday's
