Was today safari update?
Checking
NO
No — no Safari update shipped for most of us today; the buzz is a WebKit post about Safari 27.1 on October 23.
Why
- Safari 27 shipped with iOS 27 on September 14
- Safari 27.1 notes appeared as developer preview, not a release
- Team is still 'investigating' outer-display layout fixes
