Was October 25, 2026 safe to use the internet in Eastern Time?
KINDA
Yes — the internet is up and benign today; just don't click anything weird while the PHP patches keep rolling out.
Why
- No major internet outage or attack reported for October 25.
- Geomagnetic activity quiet: Kp 0.67, no storm, satellites fine.
- But a week of critical PHP vulnerabilities still has sites patched and offline.
