Was October 26, 2026 the big one in Eastern Time?
NO
No — the biggest quake in the past 24 hours was a 5.9 in China, and Columbus is still firmly attached to Ohio.
Why
- 41 quakes of M2.5+ worldwide in the past 24 hours
- Strongest: M5.9 near Nagqu, China
- Nothing shaking notably close to Columbus, Ohio
